PRE-KICK-OFF MEETING

First meeting within MOVE & ACT project was conducted virtually. During the meeting, partners presented their organizations and offered their views on the aims and objectives of the project. The coordinator analyzed the overall outline of the project and shared the first tasks. A fruitful discussion helped to assign next steps and deadlines. The dates for first face-to-face meeting in Spain were also established.

KICK-OFF MEETING

Date: 12-13 December 2022
Place: Reus, Spain

In December all partners had the opportunity to meet in person at the first Transnational Project Meeting. During this meeting, the foundations for future cooperation were built and the next steps of activities were defined. Participants shared valuable feedback and clarifications on questions and misunderstandings before concluding to common understandings, procedures and plans for the project progress.

The aim of the project is to develop the artistic and digital skills of young people and to create a youth network that supports entrepreneurship and gives them the opportunity to speak out on issues important to them. This vision guided us throughout the whole duration of the meeting.

2nd TRANSNATIONAL PROJECT MEETING

Date: 20 June 2023
Place: Athens, Greece

Move&Act project Consortium met in Athens for the second partnership meeting, hosted by e-Nable Greece. The meeting was an opportunity to take stock of the tasks carried out so far and to plan future activities. The partners discussed the implementation of the MOVE & ACT training programme, sharing insights on the webinars held. The final tasks related to the presentation of the results on the project platform were assigned. The partners also discussed in detail the next deliverables that will be implemented in the coming weeks. The Move&Act digital hub will include a database with funding opportunities for artistic activities and a guide on how to present your achievements in an interesting way. We also discussed dissemination events with the PhotoVoice Exhibition and other promotional and quality assurance activities.
